Show and Tell

Show and Tell is a collaborative event held at the end of each sprint to share and review progress. It includes demonstrations of value-creating activities (VCAs) completed during the sprint, as well as updates on design and discovery activities, such as UX designs, prototypes, and user research findings. This event provides an opportunity for the team to:

  • Gather feedback: Stakeholders and other team members can offer feedback on the showcased work, allowing for course correction and improvement.
  • Align on future direction: By sharing design and discovery findings, the team can discuss potential future improvements based on the gathered insights and receive feedback on UX/UI design outputs. This transparency helps everyone understand the rationale behind product decisions and provides stakeholders with a chance to influence the product’s direction based on the presented data.
